yeLo Market aims to give eligible businesses an opportunity to reach customers through digital commerce.

Manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, brands, and other eligible businesses may apply to become sellers, subject to our onboarding and verification requirements.

Seller Requirements

Depending on the business and product category, sellers may be required to provide:

1. Business name
2. PAN
3. GSTIN, where applicable
4. Bank account details
5. Business address
6. Contact information
7. Product information
8. Applicable licences/certifications
9. Brand authorisation, where applicable
10. KYC documentation

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure that products listed on yeLo Market:

1. Are genuine
2. Are lawfully saleable
3. Have accurate descriptions
4. Have accurate pricing
5. Meet applicable quality and safety requirements
6. Carry legally required labels/declarations
7. Don’t infringe third-party intellectual-property rights
8. Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

Counterfeit, illegal, prohibited, unsafe, or unauthorised products are not permitted.
